Strategic Planning
The 2012 Academic Master Plan 1.89 MB is critical for the overall college planning process. It reflects a critical and deep external scan of the region’s educational, economic, and workforce development needs. What is described in the plan has guided the updated Facilities Master Plan and will be used in future strategic and budget planning processes.
As the college develops its Strategic Enrollment Management Plan, a report such as this may be folded into that plan.
